Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ship our Boxes domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in California, you'll get it faster than if you live in New York. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.For questions regarding shipping, please contact us at info@lifeforpets.com

If you would like to return the box, please click the Return button on your confirmation email and we will process the return for you. If you have already received the box, we will send you an instruction letter for return. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be back to your account.
